Butcher Shop : Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Crispy Stuffed Chicken Breast serves 4

4 VFM stuffed Chicken Breasts
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tbls sesame seeds
4 tbls Lemon juice
1 small can roasted red peppers
1 bunch fresh parsley

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken breasts on a non stick cookie sheet pan sprinkle over with the bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Spoon lemon juice over each breast and bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the chicken is tender and cooked through. Cut roasted red peppers into strips & chop parsley finely. Lay cross sections of peppers over cooked chicken & sprinkle parsley to garnish. Serve & enjoy!!
