Sage and Garlic Roast Pork with Pork Loin

1 3lb. Village Food market Boneless Pork loin
2 cloves Garlic Minced
1 tsp Dried Sage
Salt and Pepper
½ Cup Beach Plum Jam

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees

Rub pork roast with salt and pepper, minced garlic and dried sage. Bake for 25 minutes then remove from the oven and brush with ½ cup beach plum jam and finish cooking, about 30 to 40 minutes, or until thermometer inserted into center of meat registers 150 degrees. Remove meat from baking pan, cover and let rest for 15 minutes before serving.

If desired serve the remaining jam warmed on the side as a sauce
